Fully automated precision machining

The Q1 ALU eliminates the need for manual operations in aluminium systems by providing an automated pressing process. The machine achieves a precise 90° corner joint, resulting in superior press quality and structural stability.

The operating process is optimised for efficiency:

• Manual positioning of profiles on preparation tables

• Profile barcode scan

• Automatic pressing via servo-positioning

The machine operates completely profile-independent, eliminating the need for manual changeovers. The press head configuration is identical to that of the 4-head version.

Precision technology with 8 numerically controlled axes

The Q1 ALU is equipped with eight CNC-controlled axes for maximum accuracy. The press head is positioned via three servo axes (two vertical, one horizontal) with a tolerance of 0.1 mm.

All press parameters are individually adjustable and controllable via the control panel.
