Pressing a window (4 90° angles) in one cycle
Manual positioning of profiles on the preparation table.
Automatic pressing of the 4 corners of the window after scanning the barcode of one of the 4 profiles. Digital positioning of the 4 press heads.
Movable heads can open to the right or left (to be defined), depending on the infeed direction

Presses (doors) with or without threshold (2 90° angles)
When pressing a door with or without a threshold, 2 pressing heads can be used to form a "U" shape

When pressing very small windows, it is possible to press a window with a single head (shrink in 4 cycles) - to be discussed with SH engineer

Press is profile-independent, all computer-controlled (with or without window programme)
Min/max dimensions profile-dependent (to be discussed with SH engineers during pre-study)
Perfect press quality with very stable pressed corners
Press heads positioned by 3 digital axes with 1/10 mm tolerance (2 vertical axes and one horizontal axis).
Press parameters can be set individually for each press head on the control panel screen.

The machine consists of 38 numerically controlled axes as follows:
each press head has 8 axes:
1 Z-axis to set height of both press knives
2 X-axes to set position of press knives vs.v exterior reference
2 Y-axes to adjust depth of press knives
1 axis to set height of exterior frame reference
2 axes to set height and depth of interior stop
to set size of frame to be pressed 4 axes:
2 X axes to set width of frame
2 Y axes to set height of frame
