Thanks to more than 30 CNC-controlled axes, with control from the Fanuc brand (market leader in automation and robotisation in automotive industry), manual adjustments of the machine become redundant.
The feeding warehouse is completely profile-independent & equipped with a profile clamp controlled on 4 CNC axes.
The milling section is equipped with 15 high-frequency motors , distributed on 2 toolholders. Both toolholders can perform simultaneous operations, each on 3 CNC axes.
Counterprofiling: The counterprofiling cutters are set to the correct depth and height via 3 CNC-controlled axes. This allows any counter-profiling to be programmed. Various options are possible through the combination of multiple milling motors are possible (vertical - horizontal), oblique counterprofiling possible (optional).
Sawing section: the saw is fully numerically controlled and can be fully parameterised for each profile, giving you the best efficiency and perfect cutting result.
Optional second saw is possible, e.g. for cutting profiles for glass-on-glass applications.
Fully automatic labelling on servo axis.
Output: the output system is equipped with 2 servo-controlled grippers that output the pieces at high speed and without friction. The grippers optimally position the pieces on the output : very large storage capacity.
Apart outfeed system for short pieces possible (optional)
A unique system has been developed in order to have a minimum of contact with the fixed parts when moving the profiles: as a result, there is almost no chance ofdamage.
Installation of camera for monitoring production is possible.
Camera recognition (cross-section - colour) possible - optional.
