Output robot with profile wall, each element in the profile wall is divided into 84 compartments (up to 2 profiles per compartment)
Fully automatic removal of machined profiles from the machining centre and strategic placement of the profiles in a profile wall.
This offers several advantages:
1. Increased Efficiency: By supplying the profiles in the correct order and close to the welders, the time needed to search for and move materials is significantly reduced. This ensures a faster and smoother workflow.
2. Optimal Workplace Organisation: A well-organised workplace contributes to a safer and more productive working environment. Welders can concentrate fully on their welding work without being distracted by unnecessary searches for materials.
3. Better Time Management: By offering the correct sequence of profiles, the turnaround time for welding work can be better managed. This helps to meet tight production schedules and deadlines.
4. Consistent Quality: A streamlined process in which welders receive the profiles in the correct order ensures consistency in the end product. This contributes to higher overall production quality.
X & Y controlled transport system with servo motors
Insertion system to 0 position
Adjustable feed speed
Control of profile position by user's window programme
Expandable with additional exit for urgent items or items to be remade
Buffers are built into the robot, which act as temporary storage space so that the robot can continue to work efficiently without being dependent on the varying throughput speed of each station.
Option to process 2 profiles in a single output cycle to the profile wall.
The output robot is connected to multiple stations (sawing, machining, corner cleaning, locking plate machines, etc.). Profiles are sorted into the profile wall in the sequence required for welding the frames. No operator is needed for unloading prior to welding.
Sawed and machined profiles are fully automatically sorted into a profile wall. These profiles are made available to the welding machine operator, who follows the sequence of the sorted profiles.
